Tomorrow's Leaders,

I would like to warmly welcome you to the website of the International Youth Federation Leaders Assessment Center (IYFLAC). This is the first step on your journey towards being an integral part of the IYF family. In order to execute IYF’s vision, we aim to have youth representing representation from every community, country, and territory in the world.

Our ambitions are simple: to be the most innovative and inclusive organisation in the field of youth empowerment worldwide, enriching young people's lives with impact-based programmes and services that inspire, educate, and empower. 

We have launched this platform in response to the demand for more information on the Representative's position. Here you will learn about eligibility requirements, and the modalities for assessment and future follow-up.

Information is also available on the structures and steps for the selection and appointment of Representatives. The site also hosts profiles of currently serving Representatives. Their personal experience and views serve to shed insights on the ground realities of  IYF’s work..
